Short afternoon sprint past albatrosses (albatri?)
Sunday, March 30, 2008

S42°33.92' E173°30.67'

Wind and chop against us in the morning, paddled four hours when it eased a bit in the afternoon and covered 24km. Landed through 2m surf, was OK because we chose a sheltered spot. Saw lots of dolphins and albatross.

So you are nearly there! Nice one kiddoes. What a brilliant trip... from a spectator's point of view I'm really gutted you didn't get a piccie of that shark. (Come on Baz, you're losing your touch!)

Loads of love to you both for the last wee bit.
